Returns and Exchanges – 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
At Camolicious, we stand behind the products we carry so you can always buy with confidence. Still, due to the oh.. shall we say, 'personal' nature of our products, we need to have certain rules in place to ensure customer safety and peace of mind.

Our Guarantee
The clothing we sell is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund.  Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns – 14 Day Return Policy
Returns made within 14 days of purchase are accepted.  Returned or exchanged merchandise must be:
1. unworn,
2. unwashed, and
3. undamaged with the original tags attached
*basically in new condition, that YOU would be happy accepting.
Merchandise purchased through our website may be returned via the carrier of your choice. 
We highly recommend using a service that provides tracking information for your return.

Returns made with the original receipt will be refunded (less shipping fees) to the original payment method.   If you do not have your receipt but we are able to verify your purchase through your account information or credit card, you will receive a refund to the original payment method.   Otherwise, a merchandise credit for the item’s lowest selling price will be provided.

Defective Items
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. In the rare event that you receive defective merchandise, please contact Camolicious Customer Service a with detailed product information. We may ask for pictures to clarify.  We will work with you to offer you an acceptable solution.

Damaged Items
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact Camolicious Customer Service.

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of the original packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without first contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during use of product.

Returns Process 
Simply complete the Return/Exchange Form, keeping a copy for your records.  Place the completed Return/Exchange Form and the items you wish to return or exchange in a secured package and send it back, insured, by any carrier you choose.  Please keep a copy of the package tracking number for your reference.  Customers are responsible for shipping charges.

While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange for a different item within 14 days of purchase.
Simply complete the Return/Exchange Form indicating the new item you wish to receive in exchange, indicating the new item number and size.  If the price for the new item is lower than the original item, we will refund the difference excluding shipping charges.  If the price for the new item is higher than the original item, you will be responsible for the additional cost.

As soon as we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 14 days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution’s billing cycle.
Our guarantee is our pledge to you that you will be satisfied with your purchase. It is not an invitation to be a clothing swap or loan program. :)

If you have a question about an item, please, ask before you buy.

Should an order be returned to us; You will be held liable for return shipping, duties and taxes (if incurred), and for all other associated fees when any of the following circumstances occur:

  • Customer refuses delivery of parcel for any reason.
  • The carrier makes 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver parcel to customer address because customer is not at home and/or do not pay duties and taxes.
  • Customer provided an invalid or incomplete address, or address that is not clearly understood by the carrier.
  • Customer redirected or changed delivery instructions including, but not limited to WILL CALL, CUSTOMER PICKUP, NEW DESTINATION
  • Your parcel is returned by customs because merchandise is restricted from import into Customer's country.
  • You refuse to pay duties and taxes.
Refunds may take up to thirty days following inspection of all returned goods.
Refunds will only be made in the form of a credit to the original the credit card account.
After inspection, if the product is found to be non-defective, any costs required to ship the unit back to customer are the customer's responsibility and the shipping fees originally paid by the customer to send the item back to us are non-refundable.

Cancellations.
The company will attempt to stop the order from being processed and shipped if the cancellation request is sent prior to processing, and sent from the email address listed on the order form. Due to automation within the warehouse, orders are processed throughout the day.

  • Requests for cancellation received more than 1 hour after the order being placed cannot be canceled
  • Requests for cancellation received after 3pm (EST)will not be accepted
  • Request for cancellation left on voicemail and/or when customer service operations are closed will not be accepted


Undeliverable Shipments.
The customer takes ALL responsibility for the accuracy of the information entered via the checkout forms and releases Camolicious from any responsibility arising from incorrect and/or missing information need for delivery, including but not limited to addressee name, street address, apartment/unit number, street suffix, city, state/province country, postal code and phone number. The company will not be responsible for orders with incomplete addresses or addresses missing information or typographical errors affecting delivery.


Address Changes to Shipments.
Address changes are not accepted for any reason once the order has been entered for processing. The company will attempt to change the delivery address of an order, if the new address request is sent prior to processing, and sent in writing from the email address listed on the original order. Due to automation within the warehouse orders are processed throughout the day. Requests for address changes received more than 1 hour after the order being placed will not be accepted.
  • -The Customer is responsible for any/all costs that may arise as a result of address changes and rerouting by the carrier
  • -The Customer is responsible and assumes liability for any orders with changes to the address and/or address differing from the information listed on the original order.
  • -All terms for Undeliverable Shipments still applies
